Credit Cards:

The MOYNA Online-Store accepts American Express, Visa, Diners, MasterCard and PayPal for on-line purchases. Your card is charged immediately at time of checkout.

Shipping Times and Stock Availability:

If the item is in stock we usually ship in 24-48 hrs after your order is placed and then it takes UPS(Standard shipping method) between 3-5 business days to deliver the order. If the item is not in stock please allow delivery up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. In case of rush order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy:

Should any item purchased from this web site be deemed defective, we will gladly assist you. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will take back any product for a full 15 days (if returned in the original condition, and with the tag still attached), and we will credit you the amount of the purchase minus the shipping charge and minus a 4% restocking fee. All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.

All sales final with orders using a coupon code (discount items) or items on "Sale/Closeout".
